What did the Romans do for us?

What an amazing half term it has been for Year 3 and 4.

We learnt so much about the Romans and what they did for us.

To finish off our expedition, we worked really hard to produce a video showcase of what we had learnt.

A fun day

We have had a fun day. We watched a Christmas movie this morning, took part in the Christmas quiz, had a party dinner and then our party this afternoon. It was a fantastic way to end the term.

Merry Christmas!

We’ve finally made it after a long and eventful term! The children have had a fabulous Christmas in school and it rounded off what was a term of dedication and hard work. They have enjoyed their party at school today and played plenty of games (and won plenty of prizes!). To round it all off, they are taking home a sleigh bell from Santa’s sleigh after reading The Polar Express. Children with 100% attendance also earned an extra reward. Well done everyone!

Plover does Band Aid!

We didn’t get to do Christmas concerts this year so years 5&6 wanted to do their own version of Band Aid to spread a little Christmas cheer. I just wanted to say how proud I am of my lovely phase and I am sure you are all very proud of your children too! So Merry Christmas from the 5/6 team and we can’t wait to see you back in 2021! An exciting start to the day

Our last Christmas dinner in primary school!

Yesterday, Y6 had so much fun at their last ever Christmas dinner at Primary School! As you can see there were lots of laughter and spreads of Christmas cheer! We just want to give a shout out to Adele and her team for cooking the most delicious dinner! This term may have been different to other terms but it won’t stop us having fun and making those precious memories!
