Deep Sea Divers!
Today we began to unpick a model write. We are going to be writing a narrative story for our final write – Miss Barker is super excited! To make us think about ambitious adjectives to describe the ocean, we listened carefully before opening our eyes and watching an ‘underwater paradise’. Then we worked collaboratively to come up with our own ideas about what we might see, feel and hear under our beautiful oceans! I spied some great team work, well done 2B!

Year 1 shared their ideas, thoughts and feelings about different pictures of seas and oceans. Then they learnt different painting skills and techniques to create different effects. Awesome work guys as these skills will come in useful for our final product! #LovePlover

Postcard Winner
Well done to Oliver who came up with some amazing ideas and joined in with the input about our new text ‘The Tin Forest.’ Oliver used his imagination and his facts to think about a character who might be in the story and drew this on the sheet with his group!
