Well done to Macey an Riley to be awarded the yellow T shirt this week.
We love books!
Today we talked about how we are comfortable in our pyjamas, so it is snuggly when we read.
Counting to 5!
We are pointing with our first finger, in order to count accurately, how many objects we have in a set.
Please send in pictures on ‘Evidence Me’ of you counting at home.
We are using the words ‘more’ and ‘fewer’. Please practise using these words at home.
Save the date- Jubilee celebrations (Thursday 26th May 1:30pm) you are all invited!

Artist expert
Thank you so much to Helen, a local artist who came to talk to EYFS today to show different painting techniques and how to create a seaside postcard. The children then created their own artwork.

Outdoor learning.
We hope that you will able to be outdoors while we have the lovely weather! Our outdoor learning is very important, for building social skills and extending vocabulary and resilience. It is amazing to see how our children can show how they can; Be Kind, Get Smart and Work Hard.
Seaside food ……..
We compared tasting the sorbet we made from raspberries and fresh orange juice, to the ice cream that we tasted on Tuesday. It was very sour.
We also tasted sweet potato chips, to compare them to normal chips. We could choose to add salt, vinegar or tomato ketchup!
Pride of Plover.
Well done to John for settling in so well at Plover.
Well done to Josie for being such a mature member of our class.
Ice cream tasting.
This week we tasted ice-creams from the ice cream van. We had a wonderful time, pretending to be beside the seaside.
Ukrainian Flag
We made a Ukranian flag using our T shirts.
