We are beginning to think ahead to next year and our Autumn Expedition in LKS2.
Do you know anybody (Grandparents, family members, friends or organisations) who would be willing to share their experiences of World War (at home or in the forces) with our children to help them with their learning?
If you know of anyone, please could you let Mrs Graves know, so that we can begin to plan ahead.
Thank you for your support,
Mrs Graves

The launch date for our charity single is getting ever closer, and today we have been busy recording the video – like all good pop stars do!
Geoff came into school and recorded Year 3 and 4 singing the song. I was so impressed, as it has been a while since we last sang it – but it sounded fantastic.
I can’t wait for everyone to hear it and get the chance to buy/download it!

We had the very enjoyable job last week, to critique mints, in preparation for the sweets we are going to design and make.
We found it very interesting how so many sweets with the same flavour – mint – could look and taste so differently from each other!

4BW have been using their inference and retrieval skills to answer questions around the Charlie and the chocolate factory text.
Well done to Johnny, our very own Maths wizz! He has worked so hard in Maths this week and has been wonderful at describing his reasoning.
