I was so proud and a little moved at the pantomime this afternoon as the children enjoyed it so much.
They threw themselves into the spirit of the pantomime, cheering and shouting and dancing along.
The smiles on their faces were an absolute picture and so many children said thank you at end. It was lovely!

Our Pride of Plover this week is Paul for his positive attitude towards the assessments and trying his best. He also made fantastic progress on Accelerated Reader.

Mrs Bailey tells me the children arrived to find a special new member of the class in 3G today – an ELF!
He has written the children a lovely poem and brought a basket of treats.
Eden was lucky enough to have her name in today’s calendar, so she was the first to receive the very special Elf biscuits!
I hope she enjoyed them!
I look forward to seeing what he gets up to in the morning!

Please bring in washed tin cans or plastic pop or milk bottles for our outdoor learning group. We’d like to improve upon our big hotel and need your rubbish to do this.
We need these by Friday morning and will give any spares to the KS1 rubbish collection.

Plover Crew – KS1 would like you to bring in any plastic bottles, plastic lids and plastic bags… as these will be very much needed for our Spring Expedition!
Also, if anyone knows any recycling experts, artivists or scientists who study the ocean (hydrologists), please come forward we would love to arrange an expert visit!

As a caring school, this year we have decided to support 2 worthy causes this Christmas. We are raising funds to support Dunelm’s ‘Deliver Joy this Christmas’ campaign and we are making up Christmas boxes to support the Wellness Center, in Intake with essentials and a Christmas surprise.
Both charities aim to support those in need which include the elderly with no family or a child in need.
If you would like to make a donation of £1 to support these 2 great causes then please pass this to your child’s class teacher by Friday 3rd December.
