Book Fair!

Exciting news! The book fair will return to Plover, next Thursday 24th November until Wednesday 1st December. The book fair will be located in the main entrance to the school between these dates each day between 3pm and 3.30pm, and entry will be through the main entrance. The book fair will visit us from ‘Travelling Books’, who are part of the Scholastic group.

There will be a range of wonderful books to choose from, as well as lots of the ever popular stationery items!

Well done to Corey, in 6C, who was chosen to speak to author Jess French today. The author call was part of a project which school is currently involved in. Each child in KS2 received a copy of the book ‘Protect the Planet’, which we have used in Crew to discuss how to take care of our planet, as well as COP26. #LovePlover

Young voices!

Just a reminder to be involved in young voices you must bring your slips back ready to start the club next week- Tuesday 9th November. Young voices is a fantastic opportunity to sing with thousands of other children at Sheffield and we really want as many of you as possible to take part. Our amazing Ella has raised over £700 for the little princess trust!

Ella has raised an amazing amount of money for the little princess trust and we are so proud of her! She had 15 inches cut from her hair and just look how well she is rocking her new luscious locks! We are so so proud of you Ella!
