Taste testing,
As part of our hook week, Year 5 taste tested various food items including beetroot, pickled onions and chocolate. All the children tried every item which made me very proud. Obviously the chocolate was better received than the pickled onions!

We are getting SATs ready…
The buzzing sound of peer coaching and revision has echoed around 6H this afternoon. We have focussed on the division of fractions. Accurate mathematical vocabulary was incorporated when we explained the methods used. Well done everyone. Keep going. You’ve got this, and I’ve got you!

Y6’s crucial crew visit
Year 6 had a very insightful day at crucial crew. They engaged in a number of real life scenarios and learnt about what they needed to do to keep safe. I am really proud of all of Year 6 today- they were fab!
