Year 6 parents/carers- save the date!
On Friday 13th May we hope to host an after sats bbq for the children to celebrate their hard work with parents and carers. We also hope to host a parent vs child rounders match. This even will run in the afternoon with further details to come in the next few weeks. Please save the date!

Reading for pleasure in the sunshine ☀️
After a week of assessments, Year 6 had some time outside to enjoy the sunshine whilst reading a book with friends ☀️ I am so proud of each and everyone of them and the resilience they have shown this week! They are all stars! Keep being awesome Year 6 and enjoy your weekend in the sunshine!

Team work makes the dream work 💙
A huge shout out to all of Year 6 who are working as hard as ever during their assessment week. This morning, after completing the reading test, Year 6 had the opportunity to revisit and reflect on yesterday’s arithmetic scores. The children highlighted their strengths and areas for improvement and then got to work! Each child had the opportunity to coach a question they were confident with to their peers. It was amazing to see everyone chipping in and working together!

Year 5 have had a fantastic session of rugby this afternoon with coach Martin. We learned skills and even had a short game. Thank you Mr Meade for organising this for us. #LovePlover
