In this lesson, we will explore grouping cubes and beads in groups of ten in order to find the total.
We will be counting in 10s. You can use other things to count with.
Watch the video then complete the sheet. Please send us photos of your learning.
Please send your learning back to us.

This morning we are writing sentences. Look at your scene that you made on Tuesday from Peace at last. Think of a sentence to say about it. Can you include any tricky words or phase 3 graphemes? Practice saying it out loud then write it down, sounding out each word carefully. Use the graphemes you know and challenge yourself to remember finger spaces, capital letters and a full stop.
Have you entered the E-safety poster competition? You still have time, send your entries or photos of your entries to your phase leader or myself [email protected]
Winners will be announced in Pride of Plover assembly on Friday.
Thank you for the entries already received.

During this current Coronavirus Lockdown, the well-being of our children remains very important to us. We understand that children are dealing with the restrictions in different ways, and that some children are finding it hard-going.
If you have concerns, this resource may help, there are a selection of tips:

The resource is available as a document and short video presentation.
Please do speak to your class teacher too, as there may be more support we can offer.
This link will also be in the Parent Support Centre area on the front page of the school website.

The children have been learning about e-safety with the help of Charlie the penguin. They have learnt to ask a grown-up for help if they see or hear something that worries them, scares them or is something that shouldn’t be on the device such as a pop-up.
They then made posters. Here are 2 of the examples.
I particularly liked Charlie’s. He said Tell help to fix it. Don’t touch the pop-up.
Keep safe everyone.
