Funky Pizza’s in English
We were super busy in making pizza’s, using a variety of resources such as glitter, felt tips and tissue paper. We then formed a list of our pizza toppings and tried writing them independently. Well done class 1N and 1M 👍🏼
Funky Pizzas in English
Well done year 1! We made funky pizzas in English! We used a variety of toppings, then made a list of what we wanted on our own pizzas ( using paper plates and getting creative)
Maths
This morning in maths, year 1s were using the part-whole models to partition numbers and see how many different variations we could come up with. 👍🏼
Class 1N have been so busy in literacy this morning. Our focus was capital letters. It was great to see you all working so hard, using the paint, sand and magnetic letter boards. Well done guys! 👍🏼😁
Lost Spider-Man mask KS1 children
Evening Plover parents,
All KS1 had a wonderful time on Thursday and Friday for our special dress up days. It was great to see so many children getting involved. As it was such a warm day on Thursday, some children did take off their superhero outfits and one of the Spider-Man masks has unfortunately gone missing, which had their name on it. Please could kindly ask all parents to check their child’s bag and belongings to ensure the mask has not been misplaced.
Thank you so much for your co-operation with this.
Look forward to seeing all your lovely faces in the morning.
Miss Newton😁👍🏻
Hero Parents Help
Hi lovely KS1 Crew,
We would love the children in KS1 to bring in and share photos of their family members or friends who are real life heroes whether that be their jobs, their achievements or for something amazing they have done!
The photos will be used as part of our expedition display to celebrate real life heroes in our community!
Thank you for your continued support for your child’s learning.
