A huge shoutout to all of EYFS that completed their sponsored bear walk on Monday. The children raised have raised a whopping £1148 so far, with some money still being collected. We are so proud of our EYFS crew and are excited to order the bears ready for the community.

Crew JPO/JNO’s Ullswater Story
Over the coming week’s we’ll be sharing more stories of Crew from our recent Outward Bound Expedition – here’s another from Crew JPO/JNO!
These superstars have been smashing it and I am so, so proud of them! They have been using additional maths resources and videos on our Year 6 maths site to lead their own learning this week. They have been working hard to reflect on their own learning and identify their next steps to ensure they are secure.
Early bird/booster sessions are starting WC 30th September. These sessions will be held in 6B from 8:15 Monday-Thursday. These sessions will start with a maths focus and children will have the opportunity to work on their own ares of development in a relaxed setting.
We hope to see ALL children attending and further details will be shared in relation to rewards and incentives for attending these sessions!
Thank you as always to all parents and carers for your continued support.
Well done Boston for eating his dinner. Well done Kylan for drawing a picture of a bear and tidying up after him. Well done Reuben for being calm and trying hard on his phonics. Well done Farhan for playing nicely with his friends!
This week in crew we have been talking about our families, who we have in them, why they are important, how we love and care for our family, and respect how families are different. We enjoyed playing ‘swapsies’ and sorting the family jigsaws.
One morning there was a bear in F2BP. We wondered where it had been and when it left, where it was going. The children came up with lots of ideas and created posters of how to find the bear. They thought about the bear’s feelings, made food for him and wrote him letters. With hope it would visit again and to our amazement… check out the Plover CCTV! #LovePlover
We are just about ready to start our 2024-25 season, and we would like to continue showing our support to the local community by offering free tickets to children (u16’s) and families.
We hope to make the process easier by following these steps for each family to claim their free and heavily discounted tickets.
We are offering 50% off all Adult tickets with every Child Ticket (U16) which are still FREE
