When I grow up….

As part of transition day, our guiding question for the day was “What will you be when you grow up?” In the morning we were visited by some of my friends who all had different kinds of jobs. We met Coach Owen, who is a business owner and PE coach. We met Nurse Alice who is a critical care nurse at DRI. We had some information videos from Chloe who is a food product developer. Last but most certainly not least, we met Rev. Adam and Rev. Tony who talked us through their job at the Church.

We then had a big conversation about what jobs we would like to do when we grow up and all I can say, we will not be without ICE CREAM with the amount of vans that will be driving around. An interesting mix of teachers, a boxer, a fossil hunter and so many interesting choices!

EYFS Sports Day

Well done to all the children in nursery and reception for their hard work, enthusiasm and energy in the EYFS sports day. It was brilliant to see so many children and parents love being active and completing their races! Well done to our medal winners! #LovePlover

Perfectly Crew

Crew Meade,

We hope you like your child’s end of year gifts. It’s linked to one of our favourite books. Imagine if they keep it until they’re adults and can look back and smile at their time in F2, remembering they are perfect in their own unique way! Thank you Crew Meade for all your hard work and support this year! #LovePlover

Perfectly You

We hope you like your child’s end of year gift. It’s linked to one of our favourite books. Imagine if they keep it until they’re adults and can smile at their time in F2, remembering they are perfect just as they are xxx

Painting Fun

Some of the children chose to do some lovely paintings in provision yesterday afternoon, painting themselves, spider man, red vans, flowers and princesses! #LovePlover

New F2M Painting Faces

In our final transition day, the children enjoyed mixing paints “water, sponge, paint, mix, brush” and painted their beautiful faces which was reflected in the mirror. #LovePlover

EYFS Celebration of Learning

What a wonderful morning we had yesterday at our Plover Palace Ball. The children were the star of the show with their red carpet walk, celebratory toast and fun dancing. It was lovely to see so many grow ups share the pride of the EYFS final product and their beautiful learning – book marks, F2 stories/ebook and F1 nursery rhyme booklet. #LovePlover
