Log on to our Google Classroom to find out who our TTRockstars winners are and how many knowledge points we have on Read Theory.

Have a good day!

And the winner is…

This week’s Pride of Plover winner is… Esther S – well done!

I could have written a personal blog about Esther all week with the amazing learning and research she has been doing and sharing with me. I have attached some images below. Well done Esther, this is WELL deserved!

A week already!

So we have reached the end of the first week already – it has been a very busy week for getting heads around the new expedition. There has been so much good learning that it has been difficult to name everyone who has done something brilliant.

Remember to come back here at 9.30am to find out the winner of the Pride of Plover for this week.

One final message for parents and carers. In the current circumstances, lots of people have found their personal situations have changed. This means that you might now qualify for free school meals when you might not have been before. Please click on the link on the main school page and it will take you to a council form to complete. You should get a decision almost instantly and this might mean you can receive a voucher to help with food costs.

Have a great day and enjoy your weekend.

Good morning!

What a glorious day! I hope you are all ok and looking forward to another great day.

Make sure you log on to your Google Classroom and complete the daily feelings check in. We will be continuing with Tudor Tales, Time and learning about King Henry VIII today. Do you know anything about him already that you’d like to share?

Remember to look back at 9.30am and see who our Pride of Plover winner is for this week. It could be you!

Stay safe!

What a fantastic day!

Well done to everyone who has logged on to their Google Classroom today. You have blown me away with what you have done. You have challenged yourselves and persevered to complete some brilliant learning.

Shout outs go to Nik, Shyaw and Phoebe for great Grammar work on prepostions, Shena, Troy and Cole for fabulous Maths and Alfie and Lauma for their English work on diary features.

It’s great to see how excited you have been about our new expedition. Esther spent the day yesterday as a Tudor person. I’m sure you’ll agree, she looks fantastic!

I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!

Good Morning!

Good Morning Year 3!

Wow, you have all had a busy few days! Your learning has been fantastic and it’s been great to see some photographs of your work as well.

I’m really looking forward to our learning today. Our Expedition session is all about the Battle of Bosworth. Log on to find out why it was so important to British history.

This morning, on our Google Classroom I will be sharing our TTRockstars certificates for the week as well as our total number of Knowledge Points for Read Theory. I wonder who will have improved the most this week?

Finally, well done to those of you who have logged on to Epic. You have read 325 books so far! Well done – keep it up!

Don’t forget the Joe Wicks PE session starts at 9am on YouTube.

Reading

Good morning!

I was thinking what to share with you this morning and then it came to me. I am just about to finish another book and was wondering what I should read next. Maybe you could send me some ideas of books that you have enjoyed that you think I might do as well. Let me know!

Remember to make sure you are logging in to Rockstars, ReadTheory and Epic reading at least twice a week each. It has been very quiet on these lately and you must show me that you are using them. If you have forgotten your details, just send a message and I can get them back to you.

Mrs Lewis will look after you in the classroom today as I am in school supporting pupils.

Have a great day and keep sharing all of that amazing learning.
