We can interpret line graphs!

Today we have been analysing line graphs and working collaboratively to interpret the data displayed in them. I’ve been so impressed by how well 6H and 6B worked together and by how detailed their reasoning was in our whole class ‘prove it’ discussion time. Well done everyone!

Deaf Awareness

6C and some of 6H have been familiarising themselves with this year’s sign a song challenge… ‘This is me’ from the Greatest Showman!

It was a great way to end the week and I can’t wait to practise it more in preparation for the video that will be made.

If anyone wants to join me at 1:15 (daily) for 10-15 minutes of practise, let me know and I shall organise corridor passes for you.

Below is a link to the video we are using if anyone wants to practise at home.

We are proud of ourselves!

Well done Lexi and Kai – you have both been superstars in class today. Lexi has been kind: helping her friend whenever she needed support and guidance. Kai got smart when he asked his peers for clarification when he did not understand.

We can ask questions to interpret line graphs

Well done 6H – you were all marvellous mathematicians today. You worked so well collaboratively to generate some great questions which were then responded to by your crew mates. I was particularly impressed by the multi-step questions that were written.
