Beautiful Work
Well done to Mia, Shang and Ruby for working hard to write a persuasive leaflet for an imaginary theme park. I would love to visit the Space Odyssey. They have persuaded me.

Despite the speed at which you need to move you hands to sign ‘This is me’, 6H and those of 6B who joined them today were so resilient. It was great to see everyone give this challenging song a go … we will be experts!

We can complete another mile!
Well done to Year 6 who successfully completed their daily mile again today. It was great to see some of you challenge yourselves to run instead of walk and thank you to those of you who helped a crew mate to keep going – no man was left behind! A true crew effort!

6C and some of 6H have been familiarising themselves with this year’s sign a song challenge… ‘This is me’ from the Greatest Showman!
It was a great way to end the week and I can’t wait to practise it more in preparation for the video that will be made.
If anyone wants to join me at 1:15 (daily) for 10-15 minutes of practise, let me know and I shall organise corridor passes for you.

Running for Ray!
Yesterday, Year 6 started their miles. They ran a total of five laps around our school filed. They can’t wait to continue the challenge and to support the inspirational Ray with his mission in encouraging 80 schools to run 80 miles!

Oliver is our well- deserved yellow Tshirt winner. He is always polite and respectful and works very hard. Well done Oliver!
Harry Potter studio tour!
We have hundreds of photos we will be sharing on our Harry Potter studios tour video. We are just waiting for a few more photos to be sent in and then the video will be created. We can’t wait to share it with you!

Bake sale- Thursday July 1st
We are holding a bake sale on Thursday 1st July at 3pm. Any donations of cakes and sweet treats would be hugely appreciated. Cakes will be available to purchase outside of year 6 classrooms at the end of the school day next Thursday. All donations will go towards final Year 6 celebrations!
