First aid training!

6B really enjoyed first aid training this morning. They found it very informative and now know what to do in situations where CPR needs to be performed, when chocking occurs and what to do for cuts and burns. Your children will have brought home their qualification certificates this afternoon.

Thank you to our professional footballer expert- Alex Cairns!

A huge thank you to our expert Alex Cairns who plays for Fleetwood Town. He spoke to the 5/6’s about how important it is to eat healthy. He told his all about his footballing career and why he needs to exercise. He also told us how important it is to work hard in school and always have a plan b four our goals.
We are very grateful to Mr Meade for organising this for us and for Alex who gave up his time to inspire our children. Thank you both!
