A huge well done to our year 5 and 6 cricketers who showed amazing development of their cricket skills today, placing third in the Doncaster tournament. It was great to see you taking onboard the feedback and your fielding in particular improved massively as the day progressed.
Shout out to Rahand, whose twelve runs helped cement our third place success against some really tough competition!
Well done to our two teams who represented Plover at a cricket tournament this afternoon in the blistering sunshine. One finished 5th and one a creditable joint 3rd. Shout out to Ellie who won a special recognition medal! #LovePlover
We had a team of trolls and a team of goats… who had to collect the most luscious grass (coloured balls). Then we had to fix the bridge by putting the balls into the holes! #LovePlover
This afternoon we had a special delivery of outdoor gravel, bark and sand. The children were busy builders and did some landscaping to spread on our outdoor areas. #LovePlover
As part of our fieldwork, we visited our local library this morning. We enjoyed a lovely sunny walk to a wonderful, peaceful place full of magical books and stories. The children got to see lots of different books, we listened to a classic and hopefully lots us of will be signing up to visit more regularly! #LovePlover
In PE this week we developed our throwing and catching skills. Then we have had lots of fun working on our fundamentals ABCs during outside provision! #LovePlover
Fab turn out for our KS2 girls netball club, bright and early on a Friday morning! #LovePlover
