Well done to the 16 girls who represented Plover in a local football match against Mount Carmel. Y5 girls won 3-0, Y6 girls lost 2-0. A great way to end the term! #LovePlover

Weāre going on a big bus. Then we arrived at Austerfield. Weāre going to make a circle. Then we wandered into the woods. We made some wood porridge for the 3 Bears and created some bear faces using natural outdoor resources. We played bear tag whilst trying to steal the porridge. Weāre going to enjoy our lunch. Weāre going on a bear hunt. Weāre going to catch aā¦ we explored, we learned, we found, we made, we played and we helped each other. WHAT A BEARUTIFUL DAY! #LovePlover
WOW – what an active day! A huge thank you to South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, who awarded Plover Primary a cycling workshop prize with Ed Clancy – triple Olympic Gold Champion and Active Travel Commissioner. In recognition of our schools promotion of active travel, alongside the number of children participating in the Mayorās Walk and Wheel Challenge.

In F2BP today, we had a great morning learning balancing skills. The children listened to the instructions really well, kept safe and had fun. We had one fall but she got back on and was a trooper! We have so much fun in F2! IT IS GREAT COMING TO SCHOOL š
From Friday 8th November 2024 for 7 weeks, Plover Primary School will be opening up their facilities to the community for children from 5-13 years old, to take part in some FREE dance lessons 4.45pm-5.45pm.
