Favourite Sport Democracy
Yesterday, we discussed how important exercise and sports is for us to keep healthy. We chose 5 sports that children like to do and then each child could vote once for their favourite. We used a bit of maths to make a bar chart to show our results… and the winner was, SWIMMING! #LovePlover
A fffff fantastic phonics day
We have had a fantastic phonics day in F2BP. We have played lots of games, practiced reading and writing and have had lots of fun.
We also made ourselves into words. Can you guess the words that we made?

A big well done to Charlotte and Abbie who were our Pride of Plover winners today. They have been superstars in their learning and we are so proud of them. They are working hard, being kind and getting smart.

EXPERT VISITOR: Footballer
Today, we had an expert footballer come to visit. He told us about his job and taught us some skills. We wonder if anyone in our class will be a professional footballer when they are grown-ups? A few of us managed to score a goal so watch this space!
Gymnastics in F2
We used our head, hand and heart in PE today to help us – think about balancing sequences, balance with control and have the confidence to make shapes using their bodies. We linked it to our expedition and the children came up with movements linked to a baby, toddl
How does our body grow?
In expedition yesterday, we were scientists. We drew around Thea’s body. We talked about ways we look after different parts of our bodies, how we can stay healthy and who can help us keep healthy. The children shared some brilliant ideas. #LovePlover
