If you want to be extra creative- have a look at this fabulous signing by Mrs Toyne and share any videos you do to go with our song! click here

Excellent expedition work!

I am loving your enthusiasm with expedition work! Year 5/6 have had a challenge to create their own Greek God and I have seen lots of amazing examples! The children had to describe what their Greek God would do and I must say I am very impressed with all of your responses!
Remember the deadline for the exercise video is today at 3pm, please send your videos to [email protected]

Superstars!

Ruby, Lucas, Romio and Luke have produced some awesome expedition work regarding their Greek Gods and the islands they would live on. I love reading your ideas! Blaze has created this amazing picture to remember his class mates as a keepsake and I love it! I’m going to print it out and put it on my desk!
Well done everyone, keep working hard and remember to send your exercise videos in to me by 3pm tomorrow.

Lots to celebrate!

Look at these superstars who have been busy bees again! Ruby, Luke and Liam have produced some awesome expedition work and Charlie has competed some amazing maths! Then we have a little superstar from fs1 who has been busy celebrating VE Day! Keep those photos coming in!

Remember I need your excercise videos by 3pm on Thursday to be featured in this weeks feel good Friday!

To our year 6’s

Dear year 6,

This week you should have been sitting your SATs but as we experience uncertain times, this week is going to be a little different to every other year before it (some of you may be pleased haha) but deep down we all know you have worked so hard your whole primary school life towards these and although they are not everything, we know how much you wanted to sit them to prove to yourselves and the world just how much you have learnt.

I just want to let you know, that as we wake up this morning in these very strange times, I couldn’t be any prouder of you and no score on any paper could come close to the feeling of pride you have given me and the fellow year 6 team and the entire Plover community. You have coped so well being off school, not being able to see your family and friends. You have worked hard at home whether that be on google classrooms or experiencing other learning activities with your families and it has certainly shown us (even though we already knew) how amazing you all truly are. We know you’ll go up to secondary school as the fabulous students of Plover Primary School that we know you all are and with the results you deserve. So stand proud this week, smile and remember you are all amazing, you are all wonderful and so, so special. We really do hope to see you all soon for the leaving celebrations you deserve! #wearecrew💙

More fabulous work

I am really enjoying seeing, reading and marking your gorgeous work 6B! I love Ruby and Charlie’s expedition art work- it’s great! Another shout out to Ruby for using her RUBRIC in literacy to edit and improve her work (and she’s even used a green pen to make her improvements). Well done lovely-I’m super proud of you as always. Please keep sending in your awesome learning!
