Great Fire of London Art

Some super creativity and art from Lena, Peyton and Conor today who have completed todays home learning expedition activity. Lena has researched, written, drawn and built some amazing Fire of London representations. Peyton painted a fabulous silhouette of the London skyline. 10 Crew Coins to you all! Shout out to Nelly, Brooke, Ryley and Violet who made some fabulous Fire of London art too this afternoon.

It was great to see some of you virtually and we look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. I challenge you for our class to have the most check-in! It is very important we all access the remote learning sessions and then the google classroom activities from tomorrow!

Keep it up- see you all tomorrow at 8.50am online!

Good morning Key Stage 1.

We hope you have had a great Christmas and New Year.

There will be self-guided learning and live lessons available from the Google Classrooms, which everyone will be expected to attend. If you have any problems accessing your classroom, school will initially contact you to try and offer some support. If you still have problems, please contact school and we will try and help where we can.

KS1 Version of The Snowman

In our English lessons over the last week we have looked at the book The Snowman by Raymond Briggs, as this is a picture book we put our own narrative to it.  We thought you might like to see your children in action!  Please note that if your child is not on the video, this is because they chose not to be videoed.

Enjoy

Massive congratulations and shout out to these superstars for having 100% attendance this half term!

Well done to Jan, Rahand, Ethan, Roscoe, Ellie, Lena, Conor, Vivan, Aliza, Nelly, Peyton and Ryley for coming to school every day… keep up the amazing attendance! Enjoy your rewards.

Good evening 1M!

If your superstar has come home a little giddy or tired today, here is perhaps why…😅they’ve  been quizzing, craft making, playing, watching a film, eating party food, Christmas partying, pass the parcel, musical bumps, dancing, Christmas corners and had lots and lots of goodies!

To every child and grown up, I would like to wish you are a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year! Here’s to hopefully a bit more normality in 2021 and seeing you all back safe and smiley faced in January! You are all doing amazing, keep going, be kind, stay safe and enjoy.

Finally, I would just like to say a massive thank you to all my superstars for all their hard work and learning since starting back in September! Thank you grown ups for your continued support and communication throughout! I have been well and truly spoilt with all your cards and gifts… but most importantly for having the best and such a special class of children!

Christmas Whole School Assembly – 2020 style

Adapting and changing has been the norm in 2020 and no more so when it comes to assemblies in bubbles!

Well done Mrs Ogle for organising our end of year whole school quiz! I wonder which class will be the winner?
