F2P and F2S Pride of Plover winners

Congratulations to Mia for winning Pride of Plover for F2P this week. She has done some amazing learning as well as sharing about how she celebrates Easter.

Well done Mia.

Congratulations to Lena Osip for winning Pride of Plover for F2S this week. She has done some amazing learning particularly in reading and maths.

Happy birthday

Good morning everyone. Happy birthday to Rahand today. We hope you have a lovely day. It would be lovely to see photos of your day.

Today is your final investigation day. Can you think of some other things to investigate?

I have given you clues all week about my new skill. Did you guess what it was? I am learning to play the ukulele. It is a bit like a small guitar but with 4 strings instead of 6. I am practising so that when we are all back at school we can use it for singing time. I am really looking forward to that. Start thinking of songs we can sing together.

Let’s send Tom a birthday card!

I am sure lots of you have seen this amazing gentleman raising millions of pounds for our NHS. We would love to send him some birthday cards for his 100th birthday on the 30th April. If you would like to make Tom a card, please share them with your teachers or with me [email protected] by next Thursday- this could be a simple ‘happy birthday Tom’ poster which you are holding and your parents take a photo of and email in. We will then create a special booklet of your photos to send him! Let’s make this heroes day by sending him as many special Plover birthday wishes as possible!

Keep on investigating

Good morning. It is another beautiful day. We have had more photos of investigations taking place. These are Lena’s.

It would be lovely to have some more today.

Has anyone guessed my new skill? It is something I am learning to play.

Enjoying investigations

Thank you for the photos of your investigations yesterday. We will be blogging photos over the next few days.

So, any ideas of what my new skill might be? The next clue….

“My skill uses something small and red.”

Any ideas?

Keep investigating and sending in your photos.
