Fun in the sun!

It’s great to see so many of you getting involved in our holiday challenges! Ruby decided to make her den outside in the lovely sunshine. Cailey has made an awesome cake! Liam and Luke have had a picnic in their garden, completed a huge jigsaw and Skyped their uncle in Australia! A busy day! Please keep sending us your photos, we love to see them!
If any of you fancy taking a closer look into Yorkshire Wildlife Park (I know my class love the animals) check out their YouTube channel for lots of cool videos! https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCRehThdoYRRahD_gGhv5Ubg/

Good morning!

Hello my lovely lot, I hope you are all safe and well. This week is the school holidays, so we’ve set you some maths/literacy expedition challenges to complete. Please send in any photos and they can be included on this weeks feel good Friday video!
Stay safe and keep in touch! We miss you!

PS, how awesome is Charlie & Ruby’s expedition work above, I have learnt so much about Greek foods this week from you all! Please keep it up!

Feel Good Friday

Thank you to all key workers, to all our parents/carers and our children for cooperation and hard work during these uncertain times. You have all been amazing! Here is this week’s video!

If anyone missed out, we will be creating a second rainbow video, so please continue to send your pictures in.

Next week, as our school holidays approach, we would like photos/videos of anything and everything you have been up to during our school closure, this can range from home learning, activities in line with social distancing, household family fun, anything at all! Please send your videos to [email protected] no later than Thursday at 3pm.

Stay safe everyone, we miss you!

Last weeks yellow T-shirt winner was Ajay. Ajay is a total superstar who has been working extremely hard during our time off school on his times tables. I’m so proud of you Ajay, you always work so hard and it doesn’t go unnoticed! Keep it up super star!

This weeks yellow T-shirt winner is Alex. Alex is trying really hard to stay positive during our time off school. He has been working hard on his art skills and I’m really proud of him! Keep it up mate!

Our school challenge next week is to recreate a famous portrait. Use your imagination and get creative. Involve your family members if you want, but pick your picture, strike a pose and get snapping!
I chose a portrait by Holbein (a Tudor Artist) to copy, but you can choose any artist and style.
Have a look at the website for some brilliant examples!
Email a copy of the original portrait and your new version to me: [email protected] or to Miss Blackham: [email protected] by Thursday 28th May
