Thank you to Grandma Shereen, our expert baker who helped bake a cake with F2 this morning. We used ‘Its my birthday’ book to help get the correct ingredients. Then our book ‘Cake’ to make and decorate our cake. #LovePlover

F1 enjoyed their first soft play session of the year yesterday. It was great fun working our motor skills! Big shoutout to those children who were able to put on their own socks and shoes afterwards too.

School Photography – 9th October

On Thursday October 9th, our school photographer, VC Photography, will be in school to take individual & sibling photos of all year groups from Nursery to Year 6.  
We will ensure that siblings are paired up and escorted to and from the hall for their sibling photographs.
Our photographer will also extend a photo opportunity to our families with younger siblings, who do not currently attend our school.
If you would like your children photographed together, please come to the school hall (via main reception) between 8am and 8.40am where our photographer will be set up.  We will try to accomodate all requests, however, we need to run to schedule and we anticipate that this early session will be very popular, please allow plenty of time as there may be a queue.  

Once the photographs have been taken, you will receive an email from the photographer for you to view your photographs and place any orders online.  Any orders placed by the deadline will be delivered in time for Christmas.

Making Houses in Maths

Today we looked at shapes in a house. We noticed a square and triangle. Using lolly pop sticks we made our houses. 4 sticks to make the square and 3 sticks to make the triangle for a roof. #LovePlover

Harvest festival donations!

We are kindly asking for donations in aid of the harvest festival. We aim to create a ‘tin trial’ around school of all donations and then gift them to the Plover pantry- a much needed resource!

Please pass on any donations to your child’s class teacher on or before the 9th October.
