PE lessons at home

Hello,

Obviously in these current times, PE lessons are not how they would usually be! Joe Wicks has been phenomenal with his workout videos.

There are additional things the children can be doing at home too.

The Association for Physical Education (who are a very well known and highly regarded organisation for PE Teachers and Teachers) have put online help for parents to help with PE at home.

If you click the link above it will take you to the Association for Physical Education parental help website.

There are a series of Youtube videos produced for the AfPE that are also available

Clicking on the link above will take you to those support videos.

Have fun! Don’t worry, the most important thing is being active and enjoying physical activity!

Stay safe and take care.

PE and Sports Leader

Year 1/2T Google Hangout (Monday 11th May)

Hi Year 1/2T.

After trying out Zoom a couple of times we are going to try a meet up on Google instead! I am determined to make it work for us all 🙂 I have sent you all an invitation through Google Classrooms. If you need me to talk you through it, please send an email to [email protected] before the weekend.

  1. Go to your email (when you log in to the school website with your username and password the email icon is at the top)
  2. Accept the email invitation (this will be on your calendar ready for next week)
  3. Wait until next Monday!
  4. Before the meeting starts, open your emails again repeating step 1.
  5. Find 9 dots near to the top right hand corner of the screen.
  6. Click these dots and open calendar.
  7. Click the event (1pm Monday 11th May). This will open a separate tab and you need to click join with Google Meet. You will then be taken to the meeting.
  8. Cross your fingers that Miss Topliss’ sound works! 🙂

I am happy to support with this but please let me know as soon as you can so we can see as many people there as possible! 🙂

Thank you.
