All Year 1 Crews (Crew Meade, Crew Newton and Crew Jobber) absolutely loved yesterdays pantomime ‘Aladdin’ at CAST! You guys were all amazing! #LovePlover
Some children in KS1 chose to watch Home Alone whilst enjoying their hot dogs, buns and juice!
Thank you grown ups for your continued support and contributions. 🙌🏼🎅🏽🧑🏼🎄

Class 1N were so excited to see the mischievous elf. We have named her Snowy. She is in our class to keep a close check on 1N and to ensure that children are following the Plover pledge. Snowy has told them that she will be reporting back to Santa.
We all thanked Snowy because she brought some sweet treats for everyone!
Who knows what she will be up to during the night!

Crew Meade Christmas Elf
Crew Meade and 1M have a magical member join our classroom. The Elf🧝 has sprinkled some festive spirit around the classroom and decorated the tree! 🎄Elf also left a special message about why he is here and asked our Crew to give him a name in We Care Wednesday to make him feel welcomed… So welcome to the Plover Crew 🥁🥁 WOODY the Elf!

Please bring in washed tin cans or plastic pop or milk bottles for our outdoor learning group. We’d like to improve upon our big hotel and need your rubbish to do this.
We need these by Friday morning and will give any spares to the KS1 rubbish collection.
Thanks!

Plover Crew – KS1 would like you to bring in any plastic bottles, plastic lids and plastic bags… as these will be very much needed for our Spring Expedition!
Also, if anyone knows any recycling experts, artivists or scientists who study the ocean (hydrologists), please come forward we would love to arrange an expert visit!
Get emptying those recycling bins 😅 thanks all!

As a caring school, this year we have decided to support 2 worthy causes this Christmas. We are raising funds to support Dunelm’s ‘Deliver Joy this Christmas’ campaign and we are making up Christmas boxes to support the Wellness Center, in Intake with essentials and a Christmas surprise.
Both charities aim to support those in need which include the elderly with no family or a child in need.
If you would like to make a donation of £1 to support these 2 great causes then please pass this to your child’s class teacher by Friday 3rd December.
Thank you for your continued support.
Happy Christmas!

Fire station Visit
Our trip to the local fire station was awesome! It was so kind of the staff who worked there, to show us round so that we could talk to some real life heroes and to develop a better understanding of just how hard the staff in fire service, work. True heroes! #loveplover 🦸♀️
Some year one children have started an exciting course of outdoor learning on a Friday. It’s going to be a wet day today so please make sure they have a coat or better still waterproofs and wellies!
Thanks!
