All of our children have had a fabulous week, learning about how to build box models.
Our carpet was covered with recyclable items and this is what we built.

We had a fantastic morning learning about how we could make music. Thank you to Geoff for coming in and playing music for us and helping us to learn about how sounds are made. All the children made instruments which they used to make sounds and to sing along to.

Today as part of hook week we made lemonade. The children loved tasting their home made lemonade and said It tasted delicious! We then had a taste of the lemons which the children said were very sour. Shoutout to Sergei who said our lemonade has lots of sugar in it so itās not healthy, even though it tastes yummy!

As part of our hook week we made lemonade. We remembered the words equipment and ingredients. First we described the lemons. Most children found that they were sour.
We then made the lemonade. The most popular word was delicious!

It was so cold outside that the water in the tray froze. The children explored the ice. They smashed it, made shapes, wrote on it and had lots of fun!
