What are the buildings like in Africa?

This week we are focussing on life in another area of the world and we are focussing on the continent of Africa. Today the children looked at pictures of houses in different countries and compared them. Some of the houses were the same as our houses but some were different.

It is a very windy day!

We have been exploring the wind outside. Some children played with ribbons seeing how they could move them in the wind.

Independent writers

Well done to all these children who have written independently this morning, writing in the writing area. I am so proud of their enthusiasm and willingness to share their writing.
