We read a new story called ‘Stan and Mabel’. After that, we made a big story map to help us recall the story. In the story, we met lots of animals who play instruments. They go all the way to Italy to play at La Scala opera house. In our learning labs, the children sorted instruments into types, made their own story maps and constructed a bridge for the animals to cross.

Good Evening,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mrs Bubb will be unable to host the student-led conferences for children in 1B this week.

Hook Animation in 1B
We have had an amazing day in 1B today. As part of our new expedition, Ready, Steady, Grow: How can I be the healthiest version of me?, our crew have been creating 3D peppers using DT techniques and have created their own musical note.
However, this afternoon the children have been even more amazing. They have become animators! Each mini-crew has worked together to create an animated clip showing how bees move pollen from one flower to another.
They are absolutely amazing!
