I want to start by showing an appreciation for Crew Chapman. What could have been a challenging week has been a breeze and really enjoyable because every one of you have settled back into class routines easily. We’ve had lots of fun playing games in crew and I feel we’ve got to learn even more about each other.
Well done to Caris for receiving the Pride of Plover award today. Caris has worked hard to get smart all week. We are very proud of you.
It’s been an exciting week in Maths. We had a paper aeroplane competition. We measured the distances the planes travelled in metric and converted the units into imperial measures. We then constructed bar charts to present the data from the competition. Well done to Rajitha and Kian for making the plane that travelled the furthest distance.
