Today, we worked in mini crews to label parts of the plant and describe their function. Every single group got it right! 👍 After that, the children labelled plants and wrote sentences about their function in their own books. Some Superstars even wrote about how trees are plants even though they don’t have flowers! The trees stem is called a trunk! It’s been a bloomin’ great day in 1B!
