Week 1 Wednesdays will no longer be Beef. We have been advised by Schools Catering that going forward, this meal will be Pork Loin. Thank you.
We have had a great hook week, finding out more about this term’s expedition “What a Wonderful World”.
I am delighted to be able to share with you our new expedition website that will give you more information about what is planned for this term, as well as links to the daily learning slides so you can look at what we have been doing or catch up on anything you may have missed.

Happy New Year to you all!
We are having a great first day back with children settling back into learning.
As our new expeditions are launched, I have seen some lovely learning in all year groups. Â A special well done to Mia in Year 2 and Shashank in Year 5 for their beautiful work.
Remember to check your child’s class blog so you can see their great learning.

‘What will I do to be a hero in my community?’
Please watch our fabulous celebration of learning video, with the children of KS1 narrating their learning expedition journey from the very start to their final product!
On behalf of KS1 staff we would like to praise all children for their enthusiasm, hard work, knowledge and creativity during this whole expedition – you have been awesome!
The children completed their presentation of learning speeches last Thursday which conclude this video and launch our final product posters and postcards which will go public in the New Year! To share their appreciations and state their pledges to becoming a hero within our community!
