Pride of Plover winner!

Congratulations to Jasmine who has been chosen as this week’s winner! I have had many adults commenting to me this week how hard Jasmine has tried in her learning. She has been working hard to improve her maths this week and has even started to coach and support others who have found the learning challenging. This has been awesome to see. Well done Jasmine!

Pyjamarama Fun!

Thank you to everyone who supported Pyjamarama day. We had great fun and enjoyed learning in our pyjamas! It was quite bizarre teaching fluffy unicorns and army soldiers!

Pyjamarama pics

What better way to start school… with a little nap before assembly!
After this the children, worked really hard and I’m sure when they got home hopped straight into bed 🛌

Well done to Peyton, Rahand and Roscoe for winning their million minutes reading certificates.
Plover praise shout outs to Gabi, Conor and Terrace for their engagement levels and hard working in their learning last week.

1Ms visit of Doncaster

Children have loved their tour of the Keepmoat stadium, visiting and playing at the Lakeside village and playing on the park, topped off with a tasty McDonalds treat!

We would like to thank Doncaster Rovers and The Dons for their amazing surprises.

Thank you to the parent volunteers, you guys were brilliant.

Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip a little short due to the heavy rain and didn’t get chance to walk around Lakeside.

Good evening 1M Crew,

Just a reminder for all children in 1M to be at school for 8.40am prompt in the morning please.

As we have seen with the weather this weekend… it’s a lottery🌤⛈🌦🌪🌨. So please dress appropriately with warm, comfortable sports wear and a HOODED WATERPROOF! 🌞🤞🏼 🌧👎🏼

The coach will be leaving Plover at 9am as we have to be at the Keepmoat for 9.30am. McDonalds orders are ordered 😁🍔🍟

Thank you to the parents who offered to volunteer for the trip and thank you to the parents who will be supporting on the trip!🙌🏽

I hope all you Superstars are all excited to explore the Keepmoat, Lakeside and Dome. My alarm is set for 5am as I am buzzing for it 🤗

Thanks

Y1/2C trips

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder . Your child will be taking part in either the Cusworth trip tomorrow or the Racecourse and Minster on Tuesday. Your letter will have specified the day and location.

Remember that the children on the trip tomorrow will need a packed lunch (unless a school packed lunch has been booked). On Tuesday children will return to school in time for lunch.

The weather forecast is a little unsettled this week so please make sure children have sensible shoes and a raincoat.

I’m getting excited already so I hope the children are too!
