Good morning 6B

Good morning you lovely lot, I hope you are all safe and well! Please remember to check in using our daily check in sheet between 8:30 and 9:30am so we can keep up our morning circle. I love hearing from you and finding out how you are. Today there is one maths lesson, one literacy and one expedition. Along with these, there are numerous links for websites you can log on to. We are enjoying seeing your creative work and projects for our new mini expedition ‘the Tudors‘. Please email your work to me, along with any rainbow pictures you have so I can blog them.

If you have any problems accessing google classroom, I am in school today if you wish to contact me through the school office.

Thank you!

How awesome is Ruby’s rainbow?

Thank you so much to Ruby for sharing her rainbow she has created to share we are all coming together to support our community through this difficult time! £50 class cash Rubes!

Please email me your rainbows to celebrate on our blog!

6B shout outs!

Shout out to Ruby, Romio and Charlie for sending me their fantastic maths work today! I am very proud! I’ve put £50 class cash in your packs at school!
Please remember 6B to check in online every day before completing one maths lesson, one literacy and one expedition!

Thank you 5/6!

A huge thank you to all of those children who have attempted to access google classroom today. We really do appreciate the patience and support of parents/carers and children during this difficult time. This is not something we have been using for very long and we hope it becomes more straight forward as we get to grips with it.

Should any of your children have trouble accessing google classroom, please let us know! I will be in school this week and therefore, I can be contacted via both my email and by phoning the school office. I will try my best to assist everyone who needs help as quickly as possible.

I have numerous links as additional learning tools to support your children at home and we would love to see children creating work linked to our new mini topic ‘the Tudors’. Feel free to email us pictures of your children working and their finished pieces and I will blog them! You can be as creative as you wish!

We would also like to see your children creating pictures of rainbows to display in their windows to show that we are altogether and we will get through this together! Please feel free to send pictures in of these also.

See you soon Year 6!

Just a message to say that today is not good bye to Year 6.

We don’t know exactly when we will return to school however should it not be until September please rest assured that we will have a leaver’s party as soon as we can!  Myself and the Year 6 team want to give all of the children in the year group a chance to celebrate their primary years at Plover as they start the next chapter in their lives.

I’m sure this will include t-shirt signing and plenty of selfie taking!  We will of course aim to include our parents and carers too.

Stay safe and please remember we are here if you need anything in the coming weeks.

Mrs Ogle
