We have studied the book ‘The Tin Forest’ this week and we have developed our comprehension skills of the story. We have also created some fabulous pieces of short writing. The vocabulary that was generated to help us to write was outstanding and this was reflected in what was produced.
Speaking of books, the Book Fair is in school and is open tonight (Friday) and then after school on Monday. This will be the last chance to buy this year (and it is almost Christmas!). The school will get commission from the sales and the more we sell, the more we will get back.
Please keep practising spellings, ready for the assessment. Also, remember to find other exxamples of words that use the same spelling pattern to add to our list in class.
