A brand new week

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. It looks like a grey and cloudy week but hopefully the sun will be back soon.

We’ve got a busy week ahead in our online classrooms so make sure you log on and let me know how you are feeling today.  We’re looking at Summertime poems, multiplication and learning about Tudor children, clothes and schools this week.

Don’t forget I’d love to see things you’ve been doing at home, send me a photo and let me know what you’ve been up to.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Good morning!

Good morning! I love seeing pictures of what you all get up to. Luke and Liam had lots of fun in the sun before the rain came down this weekend! Please keep sending your photos in!
Remember your work is on google classrooms, we love seeing pictures of your work too!
If you have any questions regarding transition this week, please pop me an email and I’ll be happy to help!
Have a lovely day everyone and stay safe!

Virtual yellow t-shirt.

Well done Lacey J for winning the virtual yellow t-shirt. She is busy engaging with her work on line and making me proud of her. Well done again Lacey.

End of the week

What a great week! Great learning, great quiz, great weather! It’s been wonderful.

Thank you to everyone who has been working hard with their learning, you’ve all done some great work. Well done!

Next week we are going to look at some Summer Poems, continue our learning of multiplication and learn more about day-to-day life of Tudor people.  We’ll be finding out about children, schools and clothes. Lots to look forward to!

I hope you all have a great weekend, see you all on Monday!

Take care!

Pride of Plover Time

So, who am I going to award the Pride of Plover certificate to this week?

Well, it is someone who works incredibly hard all of the time.

It is someone who is so very kind, I wish I could be like them.

This person is quite quiet but has developed an awesome sense of humour over the last year or so.

He is always on hangouts and submits as much learning as he possibly can every day.

He has struggled with the heat this week – so much so that his brain melted during maths on Wednesday and he struggled to find the correct answers – but he persevered and succeeded!

Well done Dominik – you really are a star young man.

Mrs H 🙂

Friday 26th June 2020

Good morning everyone,

I hope you have all managed to get some sleep over the last few nights – the heat has certainly kept me awake.

Thank you, as always to those of you who regularly check in and submit your learning.

Did you see the picture that Cailey asked me to upload to our classroom stream yesterday?  It’s of her dog and is soooooooo cute!  If not, check it out.

Check the blog out again in about half an hour and I will announce this week’s Pride of Plover winner.

Have a great day guys.

Mrs H 🙂

Good Morning! It’s Friday!

It’s the end of the week again and again you’ve all worked so hard!

There’s lots of learning to do and we’ve got a special treat for you to enjoy today.  Lots of you enjoyed watching A Midsummer Night’s Dream so today, you can watch The Tempest, another play by William Shakespeare. Make sure you let me know what you think.

Don’t forget it is our BIG FUN QUIZ today at 1.30pm. You can log on from 1.15pm so get there early and chat to friends. We’re all looking forward to seeing you there so don’t miss it!

Have a great day everyone, take care!
