Shout out – well deserved too

I know I was asked to do this at the end of the day but some of my children are officially amazing I have decided. Even though they are at home and they could ignore the work set, they are busy working hard. Well done Lacie, Marley, AJ, Oliver H and Zara. You are keeping me busy and making me so proud of your commitment.

Remember to try your best  everyone else and do not do the smallest amount of work possible – I know how much you can achieve in literacy lessons!!!

How to complete work on Google Classroom

Hi guys, things have been a little bizzare this morning in relation to you emailing me your work rather than submitting it through google classroom.

Here is a link  about how to use Google Classroom effectively.

Google Classroom Pupil Guide

This link will take you to a further blog from Mrs Ogle which will hopefully help you all out.

Keep beavering away and stay safe and heppy.

Good moring everyone,

How nice is it to have the sun shining?

Today’s learning is live on google classroom and I look forward to reading, marking and returning your work to you – hopefully I’ll be more effective than yesterday now I understand the system a little more.

Good morning 6B

Good morning you lovely lot, I hope you are all safe and well! Please remember to check in using our daily check in sheet between 8:30 and 9:30am so we can keep up our morning circle. I love hearing from you and finding out how you are. Today there is one maths lesson, one literacy and one expedition. Along with these, there are numerous links for websites you can log on to. We are enjoying seeing your creative work and projects for our new mini expedition ‘the Tudors‘. Please email your work to me, along with any rainbow pictures you have so I can blog them.

Day One of using Google Classroom

Evening all,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you who have accessed our online curriculum today.  Please be patient with us as we all try to get to grips with this method of working.  We WILL get through it together.

If any of you are unsure about anything, please feel free to email me with your questions and I will get back to you as soon as I can.  If you didn’t see last night’s blog post, check it out – it will help those of you who may have forgotten how to access Google Classroom etc.

Shout outs to Adam and Luca for keeping me busy with online marking.  Hopefully you have recieved your marked worked back again.

Mrs H

Thank you 5/6!

A huge thank you to all of those children who have attempted to access google classroom today. We really do appreciate the patience and support of parents/carers and children during this difficult time. This is not something we have been using for very long and we hope it becomes more straight forward as we get to grips with it.

Should any of your children have trouble accessing google classroom, please let us know! I will be in school this week and therefore, I can be contacted via both my email and by phoning the school office. I will try my best to assist everyone who needs help as quickly as possible.

I have numerous links as additional learning tools to support your children at home and we would love to see children creating work linked to our new mini topic ‘the Tudors’. Feel free to email us pictures of your children working and their finished pieces and I will blog them! You can be as creative as you wish!

We would also like to see your children creating pictures of rainbows to display in their windows to show that we are altogether and we will get through this together! Please feel free to send pictures in of these also.
