Happy Christmas to the Wellness Centre

Miss Brogan and myself had the great task of visiting the Wellness Centre with a food donation this morning. The food had been collected by staff as a ‘pay it forward’ advent calendar suggested by Mrs Graves. The staff there were very welcoming and pleased to receive the donation. Glyn was keen to make links with Plover as the centre helps a lot of families in the Intake area when they are in need. I suggested maybe we could arrange a collection of school uniform at the end of the school year as this could help the financial burden for families

Product Launch

All our hard work was showcased last night in a musical extravaganza! The calendars look amazing with all the fabulous art work and writing. Thank you to all the parents that attended – it was great to see the hall was full of people and the sense of community was overwhelming. A lot of hard work and practice went into the night so we hope you all enjoyed it.

Testing! Testing!

‘Tis the season for assessments! Throughout the school assessments are underway. Please help your child by listening to them read and signing their reading records. Early bedtimes are much appreciated too. I promise we will get in the Christmas spirit soon……..
