We are pleased to inform you that the photographs taken one Thursday are now online and ready for you to view. If you have not already done so please check your email for a link to your child’s gallery from pics4schools.com containing several images for you to choose from. You have until October 27th to order your photos for free delivery back to school (select the “collect” option at checkout). All orders are placed online and special offers are displayed at the top of the screen. For those of you with more than one child you can order the multi image packs when the photos for different children are on different security codes by using the button at the top called ‘add security code’, this allows you to add the security codes of your other galleries so that all images are displayed together. You can then choose any of your images for both the multi image print packs and multi image digital options. This allows families with multiple children to buy one pack with images from different galleries and therefore offers great value for money. If you do not wish to have your photos in mounts there are also options to buy just prints so that you don’t pay for something that you don’t want. If you have any queries please feel free to email our photographer Vicki at [email protected]. Thank you.
Thank you to Bessacarr Evangelical Church for donating their harvest collection to Plover Pantry. We are very grateful for their kindness.

For mental health awareness day we wore yellow. Spoke about how we can look after our brain, feelings and emotions and how to keep them healthy. We did yoga and meditation, physical activity (floor is lava), mindfulness colouring and craft making. The day was topped off with Plover School winning the Kindness Award! #LovePlover
Thank you to the grown ups who came in on Thursday afternoon to share some learning with their children as part of our Diwali slice. We made Divas candles, Diwali decorations, Barfi sweets, Diwali lanterns and Rangoli patterns. #LovePlover

The children certainly enjoyed their street dance lesson with Cait this afternoon as part of World mental health day. They all showed courage and were certainly challenged with the routine but they had so much fun!

Well done to Ali and Sulayman who both show great respect, integrity and manners when at school. They work hard and always follow instructions to get smart in their learning! #LovePlover
Thank you to all those children who wore something yellow. This morning we talked about how to keep our minds healthy. We discussed feelings, controlling our breathing, getting fresh air and being good friends.
We got lots of exercise at outside time where we reminded ourselves that fresh air and exercise can help our minds be healthy.

The UKS2 Spelling Bee is happening on Monday 13th October. Here are the spellings we’ve been practising. Make sure you practise as much as you can this weekend.

Good luck to everyone!
