Book Fair at Plover!

From Thursday 10th November until Wednesday 16th November, Travelling Book Fairs will be at Plover School! This is a superb opportunity to check out lots of the latest books, as well as a chance to buy some of the ever popular stationery items! The book fair will be open from 3pm each day and entrance to the book fair is through the main office. Please see your child’s teacher, or Miss Topliss at the Y6 door, with any queries. We look forward to seeing you there! #LovePlover

Happy Half Term!

We wish you a lovely break with family and friends and look forward to seeing you all back in school on Monday 31st October.

Well done to all of our children this half term. We have seen some beautiful work and home learning produced by children across school. Thank you to all of our visitors who have supported our learning expeditions by sharing their knowledge and in some cases personal experiences which help bring our learning to life!

Below are just a few examples of the beautiful work produced by our children this half term. Amongst the photos you will spot Mrs Shaw who leaves us for a short while to go on maternity leave. We wish her well and look forward to sharing happy news in a few weeks time.

Enjoy the break and stay safe

Rugby World Cup Match Tonight

To the families who have purchased tickets for tonights RLWC match at the Eco Power stadium, the gates for the stadium will open at 6pm.

·         All children and teachers to meet promptly at 6.15pm at the North stand, rear of the rugby posts. Staff/volunteers will be on hand to help chaperone and help direct everyone into position. We will then head into the soccer centre changing rooms.

·         We will then have a chat through the plans for the parade to ensure everyone is aware of their roles.

·         Children to wear suitable clothing, as it will more than likely be a cold evening.

See you all there later.
