6B are not only creating Christmas cards for loved ones this Christmas but we are also making them to send to local care homes to spread some Christmas cheer. The children have written beautiful messages and I am so proud of them!
Just a little reminder about our 5p challenge! The first class to fill their bottle will get £75 to spend on a class treat and every class after that will receive £30! The remaining money will go towards the Year 6 London trip and school funds! 6B’s bottle is filling really fast! Let’s see who the first class to fill it is!
6B (and some of 6H) have been getting into the Christmas spirit this morning as they’ve decorated our classroom! We’ve listened to Christmas songs and made our classroom look as sparkly as we can!
We are busy practising for our product launch. There are lines to said – clearly, don’t rush, now say it again only slower seems to be my catch phrase at the moment. The children are very patient with me! Please try and come to the launch – the calendar looks amazing. I am sure all parents will be surprised!
The 5&6 children are enjoying Nativity and looking very cosy in their PJ’s! They are just waiting for their hotdogs and milkshakes. Thank you again to all staff who are staying to support these events to give our children exciting opportunities whilst residing funds for school!
6B have had a very hardworking morning! They have been editing and improving their sea turtle poem. I have been blown away with their creativity and I can’t wait to read their finished pieces! Keep up the hard work you fabulous lot!
6B have blown me away this week with their hard work and determination during assessment week. They make me very proud every day but this week especially!
These boys have been pushing their learning forward trying to include blue standard features in their writing. Here they are proud as punch showing off their awesome efforts!
Well done!
Year 6 just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who bought some chocolate concrete this afternoon. We are so grateful as we managed to raise a significant contribution towards our trip!
Thank you again! We hope you enjoyed it and we hope to see you all next time!
Also, thank you to Adele our lovely cook for making the chocolate crunch for us and supporting us!
6B had lots of fun today in their turtle workshop. They learnt so much and they really enjoyed making their own turtle out of recycled items!
Ask your children what they learnt today!
