Busy morning in 6B!

This morning, 6B have been working on improving their explanation texts in Literacy and recapping fractions in maths. They have been working really hard and I am extremely proud!

I am so proud of Year 6!

The children have worked so hard during assessment week and I am extremely proud! I want to thank the children for their perseverance and commitment during revision sessions and assessments and I would also like to thank parents/carers for supporting their learning at home! Please keep it up! You are smashing it Year 6!

Our KFC treat!

6B completed the 5p challenge and so we spent some of our winnings on a KFC dinner treat! I’m sure you can see how excited they all are! Let’s see who the second class is to win £50 for a class treat! (All other money goes towards the London fund).

Crucial crew!

We have had a fabulous time at crucial crew today and we’ve learnt lots of vital lessons! The children are excited to share the lessons they have learnt with you!

Amazing collaboration in English

Yesterday, year 6 created descriptions of their chosen creature from Disney’s Pandora! Here they are using model descriptions and photos to inspire their work! I am really impressed with their vocabulary choices and I am so excited to continue with this writing!
