We have some very excited Year 6’s on their way to the United game! Keep an eye on the blog for more photos! A text will be sent when we are 20 minutes away from Plover!

Well done to the following children in the 5/6 crew who have been nominated from their class crews for following the Plover pledge! We hope you enjoy your prizes! Keep up the hard work!
Today, 6H have worked in teams during maths to find fractions of amounts. The collaboration between all pupils meant that those who were less confident were successful by the end of the session.
This morning, 6B have been looking at a newspaper report on astronauts visiting the moon. They were identifying features and picking out key vocabulary before exploring it and adding it to our expedition wall. Some great discussions this morning, well done!

Well done to these super stars who have produced some awesome home learning! I am so proud of your enthusiasm! £50 class cash each!
First week back has been completed. The children have really enjoyed hook week and the creative activities we have completed. The solar system model is in place and everyones rocket has launched around the classroom. The pupils interest in this topic has been brilliant ! The only thing missing from the classroom is a rocket model, a space probe or a satellite model if any parents and children are feeling really creative???
All those who have returned their slips with preferred times, I have tried my best to get the closet time possible to your requests. I have sent your times home with your children today. Please can I ask anyone who hasn’t returned their slips, to do so ASAP so I can try my best to accommodate your times.
Thank you and enjoy your weekend!
We have 5 very full children after their dinner treat at Nando’s! The children won this for their commitment to reading last term! What a fabulous experience! Let’s see who will win the places at Pizza Express this term!
What a proud moment we have had this morning, seeing this group of 5/6 children confidently showing around the Mayoress of Doncaster! The children were so proud of their learning and their school and the Mayoress was so impressed!
