In provision, these children chose to work hard and develop their fine motor skills to make some African inspired pasta necklaces. I praised that they showed the character trait of real craftsmanship and quality to create their necklaces. #LovePlover
The children showed craftsmanship and quality to design their own bespoke playground markings. We thought hard about how they would be fun, colourful and get us all moving! #LovePlover

We looked at different clothes from Africa. We noticed that lots of them were bright colours and had lots of patterns on. We also noticed that lots of African people wear the same clothes as us.

On Tuesday we put our waterproofs and wellies on and explored the outdoors… rain, puddles and lots of water! #LovePlover
We tasted lots of exotic fruit from Handa’s Surprise. Then we described what the fruits were like. After the children did some observational paintings of the fruit. #LovePlover
