Now that you have read the poem, why not try illustrating the poem? How do you think the author’s walk around the farmyard looked?
You might also want to write a few words about what you thought to the poem, perhaps a short review or how it made you feel? Perhaps you can remember your own trip to a farm? What do you remember? Can you remember what you saw or even what it might have smelled like!
