The Everywhere Bear, everywhere in PE!

Yesterday in PE F2 developed their jumping combinations. They used their head – to think of different jumping combinations, their hands – to complete different jumps combinations in games, their heart – to help and listen to their friends ideas to make a jumping bear obstacle course. #LovePlover

‘Phases of the Moon’ Oreo fun!

6B had a great time using Oreos to create the different phases of the Moon. After doing research and creating their scripts in groups, the children organised their Oreo’s to create each phase. We then recorded their presentations ready for their final product at the Science Fair. They even got to eat them when we’d finished.

Parts of a castle

Last week in Year 2 we were finding out about how castles have changed over time and learning about the different parts of a castle. The children worked in pairs to label the castle and we discussed how castles are different to our own houses.

1CR last week

Last week, 1CR made a great start to the last few weeks. We have been impressed with their maths work and their beautiful handwriting. We have been working hard to learn about castles and start to understand the different parts of the castles.
