Billy Goats Gruff Games

We had a team of trolls and a team of goats… who had to collect the most luscious grass (coloured balls). Then we had to fix the bridge by putting the balls into the holes! #LovePlover

Three Billy Goats Role Play

We looked at some of the vocabulary from our text. Then the children were able to retell the whole story, once we’d created the setting and chosen our characters. #LovePlover

Maths was brilliant this morning! We ordered the numbers to ten for the big game between Mrs Fletcher and Mrs Bubb. (Mrs Bubb won #justsaying) Then the children played in pairs using great mathematical vocabulary and sharing!

A lovely walk to the library with F2BP…

What a gorgeous morning we had, walking to our local library. We spent some time looking at books and then listened to a great story! Mrs Bubb was so proud of our excellent behaviour, road safety and how respectful we were whilst in the library. Some of us would like to join the library now! #loveplover

Lovely Sunshine

This afternoon we had a special delivery of outdoor gravel, bark and sand. The children were busy builders and did some landscaping to spread on our outdoor areas. #LovePlover

As part of our fieldwork, we visited our local library this morning. We enjoyed a lovely sunny walk to a wonderful, peaceful place full of magical books and stories. The children got to see lots of different books, we listened to a classic and hopefully lots us of will be signing up to visit more regularly! #LovePlover
