How can the goat and troll be friends?

We shared the story “The three billy goats fluff”. In this story the goats are kind to the troll and make their hooves nice and quiet so that they don’t disturb the troll. We made predictions of different materials for the hooves. We thought about what would make the hooves quiet so that the troll was happy.

Billy Goats Gruff Games

We had a team of trolls and a team of goats… who had to collect the most luscious grass (coloured balls). Then we had to fix the bridge by putting the balls into the holes! #LovePlover

Maths was brilliant this morning! We ordered the numbers to ten for the big game between Mrs Fletcher and Mrs Bubb. (Mrs Bubb won #justsaying) Then the children played in pairs using great mathematical vocabulary and sharing!
