Dinner time!

We are having our dinner and some well needed fresh air. The children have stretched their legs and we are ready for the final stretch of the journey.

So exciting!

We have arrived in Calais!

We have arrived in Calais! We now have a three and a half hour journey ahead of us to our accommodation along with an hour stop off for our driver to have his legal break. We will keep you updated when we arrive in Paris.

The children have all been amazing!

KS1 Odd Socks Day tomorrow

On Monday, 10th November, we are holding a KS1 ODD SOCKS Sponsored Walk!

The event will take place during the school day around the playground/field. We will be asking children to walk a mile with their friends!

All Children are welcome to wear odd socks (spotty, stripy, colourful socks etc).

All money raised will be split between our crew charity, ‘RSPCA’ and within our school community as part of KS1’s current expedition, ‘How will I be a Hero in my
Community?’

We are encouraging children to raise a small amount towards our fundraising projects as part of the sponsored walk. All children who raise money will receive a certificate.

Kind regards
KS1 Team

Hedgehogs!

This week F1 have been learning all about hedgehogs. We used a variety of different materials to create our own hedgehogs including paint, glue/leaves and clay. There has been some absolutely beautiful artwork, all the children have worked so hard!
