Today we have been finding out why Christians celebrate Easter. We were treated to a special assembly from some special visitors then shared a Lego version of the Easter Story in class. Follow the link to watch the story again. I wonder if you could make and retell the story with Lego at home?

In maths we have been learning all about area and perimeter and I have been amazed with their perseverance and desire to challenge themselves. Their super learning has been evident in their exit ticket completed today.
Well done 4BW!

It was a sea of red in assembly today, as everyone wore something red for Red Nose Day – and 3G were great at adding to that sea.
We all rocked our red clothes and looked amazing.
Well done 3G for getting into the spirit and also for the donations you made to this great charity.

What a great day we’ve had supporting Comic Relief. We learnt all about what comic relief is and why we raise money for it and then we designed our own red noses in the afternoon.

Congratulations to this weeks Pride of Plover winner Talliah! Talliah has been so engaged with her writing this week and she has done an excellent first draft of her non-chronological report. I can’t wait to see your final piece! Well done Talliah, watch out Y6!

It was lovely to see the children from Polish club teaching and practising the traditional Polish dance ‘krakowiaczek’ at break time. Miss Danielska was thrilled to see them inspiring others with what they have learnt. Well done guys!
