Tuesday 30th June

It’s the last day of June and a little bit dreary! Hope you can brighten my mood with lovely work today.

It was lovely to see Lola’s baking yesterday and Mohamad  and Corey did very well with the challenging coordinate maths.

Today you can put coordinates into practice with an online challenge. If you are finding coordinates tricky have another look at the explanation video from last week.

Have you seen Miss Blackham’s Just Dance challenge? I wonder if you could have a go at that!

Have a lovely day! Keep safe and keep smiling!

Mrs Graves

A brand new week

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. It looks like a grey and cloudy week but hopefully the sun will be back soon.

We’ve got a busy week ahead in our online classrooms so make sure you log on and let me know how you are feeling today.  We’re looking at Summertime poems, multiplication and learning about Tudor children, clothes and schools this week.

Don’t forget I’d love to see things you’ve been doing at home, send me a photo and let me know what you’ve been up to.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Monday 29th June

Good morning,
The weather is a lot cooler today.
We are going to look at poetry today and use our senses – so draw on the poetry we created together in class about chocolate for that brilliant description.
In maths we are still looking at coordinates, look back at last week’s slides if you need a reminder of what to do, but I was very pleased with the work you produced last week – and you had a great practice of coordinates playing the game on Friday.
It was good to see some of you on the quiz on Friday. Hope to see more of you on the class meet this Friday.
Take care, keep safe,
Mrs Graves

End of the week

What a great week! Great learning, great quiz, great weather! It’s been wonderful.

Thank you to everyone who has been working hard with their learning, you’ve all done some great work. Well done!

Next week we are going to look at some Summer Poems, continue our learning of multiplication and learn more about day-to-day life of Tudor people.  We’ll be finding out about children, schools and clothes. Lots to look forward to!

I hope you all have a great weekend, see you all on Monday!

Take care!
