PE – outdoor activities

Huge shout out to Y1 who were awesome in PE this afternoon. We Linked our warm up to our new expedition, where tagged children had to make landmarks of Doncaster.

They then worked collaboratively to complete Outdoor Adventure & Activities. #LovePlover

Well done to Baran and Ethan – Baran climbed to the top of the praise ladder yesterday and Ethan impressed me with his super smart behaviour yesterday. I also want to give a big shout out to Bobby and Gabby for persevering with the grammar, punctuation and spelling test yesterday! It was hard but instead of giving up they both gave it their best shot! Just like Austin with his butterfly, we are all so proud of you!

Dazzling Drones!

We had an exciting afternoon today, Geoff bought in his drone! It flew up, up and away and we couldn’t believe how high it went! He took some photos so we had an Ariel view of Doncaster. We reflected on the photos and looked for landmarks. This expedition is all about belonging and a big part of who we are comes from where are from. We are proud to be from Doncaster!
