6L have had a fantastic hook week. They have read the story of The Great Kapok Tree and created their own Kapok Trees. They produced some beautiful descriptive writing on rainforests and collaged artwork based on the style of Clare Young.

UKS2 Crew
Crucial Crew
Year 6 had a great time at Crucial Crew today. They learnt some vital lessons and really engaged with each set they went to.
Super home learning- keep it up!

I am so, so proud of Violet. She went home and completed additional home learning after yesterday’s maths session. A perfect example of leading her own learning and our character trait- craftsmanship and quality.
Keep it up you superstar! 10 crew coins!

Y6 get ahead in your maths learning
10 crew coins to all children who get ahead in their learning and engage with the above vide. Please bring in your home learning to your class teacher to redeem your crew coins.
By getting ahead in your learning, it will support you by giving you a heads start in the lesson and it will also support you in your weekly arithmetic tests. This is also a fantastic example of leading your own learning!
